At Tina’s Tots, we are proud of our passionate and dedicated team, who are committed to making a positive impact on children’s lives in their early years. We follow a key person system that allows children to naturally choose their key person, based on who they form the strongest bond with during their first few weeks.

Highly Qualified

All of our qualified, experienced practitioners demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting children’s learning and development. They bring a range of skills and expertise that contribute to high-quality practice across the setting. All staff at Tina’s Tots are paediatric first aid trained and engage in ongoing professional development, with access to over 125 training courses to ensure their knowledge and practice remain current.

At Tina’s Tots, we are committed to developing both children and future practitioners. We provide apprentices with structured support, guidance, and opportunities to gain experience across all aspects of the role. Apprentices are treated as full members of the team and, where appropriate, are supported to gain further experience in other settings, including our sister nursery, to enhance their professional development.
